Made by Allergan Aesthetics and powered by DART™ (Dual Action Rejuvenating Technology), HArmonyCa® is a Canada-first, Health Canada–approved dual-action skin-lifting injectable. HA diffuses through the lower dermis for an immediate, natural lift; CaHA forms a scaffold deep in the dermis, activating fibroblasts and — as the carrier gel degrades — building a firm, dense collagen network. CaHA + HA Dual Mechanism
HArmonyCa® is made of calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA) microspheres and cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) gel, with 0.3% lidocaine to reduce discomfort during treatment.
HA Instant Lift
Hyaluronic acid diffuses through the lower dermis for immediate volume and a natural lift.
CaHA Collagen Stimulation
CaHA microspheres form a scaffold deep in the dermis, activating fibroblasts to build new collagen.
Natural Biodegradation

How is HArmonyCa® different from a regular HA filler?+
Regular fillers only add volume. HArmonyCa® is dual-action CaHA + HA: HA lifts instantly while CaHA stimulates your own collagen for a more natural, lasting result.
How long do results last?+
HA gives an immediate lift; as CaHA stimulates collagen, results strengthen over weeks. Duration varies by individual — your physician will advise at consultation.
Does the injection hurt?+
HArmonyCa® contains 0.3% lidocaine to reduce pain; topical anesthetic and icing can be added for comfort.
What is the downtime?+
Minimal. Site reactions usually settle within 24–48h and swelling within a week; avoid strenuous activity and sun for 24h, makeup after 12h.
Can it be combined with JUVÉDERM®?+
Yes. For larger volume loss or reduced firmness, JUVÉDERM® may be placed first, then HArmonyCa®. Safety with other filling implants has not been evaluated — follow your physician's plan.
What are the common side effects?+
Commonly erythema, edema, pain, tenderness and itching — usually mild and resolving within 24–48h. If nodules appear, massage the area; injected material may be palpable for a period.
