HydraFacial is a shorter cleanse-extract-hydrate facial without the acid focus. Both are non-laser and have little downtime. Before: pause retinoids and active exfoliants for about 3 days, avoid facial waxing, threading or depilatory creams for about 2 weeks, and arrive with a clean face. After: use gentle, fragrance-free products for about 48 hours, wear broad-spectrum sunscreen daily, and avoid saunas and heavy sweating for the rest of the day.
