Your Skin Art MD membership now lives in one place — a private member portal you can open from any phone or computer. Here is a guided tour of everything you can do inside.
Getting in
Go to my.skinartmd.ca and sign in with Google or Apple — there is no password to remember. You can also tap Member (or Account) on our main website. On your phone, choose Add to Home Screen and the portal installs like an app, opening full-screen with a single tap.
The portal speaks your language. It follows your browser automatically, and you can switch between English and 中文 anytime from the toggle in the top bar.
Just here to browse our website? You never need to sign in for that. The portal is simply there whenever you want to manage your visits and membership.
Your home dashboard
The moment you sign in, the home screen shows the essentials at a glance:
- Your membership status and points balance
- Your next appointment
- Active memberships and packages
- The status of your personalized plan
Quick-action buttons take you straight to Appointments, Wallet, your Plan, and the Concierge.
Booking an appointment
Open the Appointments tab to request a visit in a few taps:
- Choose your consultant
- Pick a date and an available time
- Tell us whether you prefer an in-clinic or phone consultation
Submit, and our team calls you back to confirm the details. Everything you book stays listed in the portal, so you always know what is next.
Wallet — memberships, packages, points
The Wallet is your account at a glance:
- Points balance and your progress toward the next tier
- Packages with sessions remaining
- Prepaid balance and gift cards
- Active memberships
No more wondering how many sessions you have left — it is all here.
Spending history
The Spending view lays out every payment clearly, separating what you have paid from what you have redeemed (used) — invoice by invoice, with the services and products under each. Full transparency, anytime.
Your personalized plan
If your care team has prepared an annual plan for you, you will find it under Plan. This is the plan your consultant and our physician have reviewed together, specifically for you. You can read it, follow the recommended rhythm of visits, and sign to confirm once you are happy with it. Anything that calls for a medical decision is always handled in person with your doctor.
Treatment journey
The Journey timeline shows the treatments you have had over time — a simple, private record of your story with us.
Your AI Concierge — around the clock
The Concierge is a warm, personal assistant that already knows your account. Ask it about your appointments, memberships, packages, points, or spending; ask it to help you book; or just say hello. It replies in your language, at any hour. For anything clinical it gently connects you with a doctor — it is here for service and care, not medical advice.
Private and secure
You sign in with your own Google or Apple account and only ever see your own information. The portal is members-only and is not indexed by search engines.
